wow the concept art for the lightsaber are so original, incredible and different from anything i've ever seen in the star wars universe

I'm going to be a Jedi, but I'm going to wield a dual-bladed lightsaber.

I really hope that both Jedi and Sith can wield double-bladed lightsabers, that would be so cool!!!!!!!!!!!

damn i would def choose to wield a dual blade i strongly think we should be able to choose our blade an what it looks like an if we want to wield one blade 2 blades or dual or how about like wielding two sabers but also it could be attached to each other making it a dual blade something like that

I like these but will they be like this in the real game? It would be cool if you could actually customize with different parts in the game to make it unique. On a different subject doesn't the one in the middle look like it can be split into two sabers?

Man I´m a fan of both Darth Maul and his combat style, so
I´ll definitely be going with Dual-Blade and occasionally single-blade.
Dual wield doesn´t suit me.

No Kas'im told Bane the two sided lightsaber was more limited, it only had an advantage because an opponent unfamiliar with it "thinks" it has more options for attacks.

no that doesnt resemble darth maul's. his was more simple and seemed to be like two of obiwon's joined at the hilt. ive always been a big fan of darth maul. he was by far my favorite sith.

I want the one in the middle or the one on the top! I wish they were the size of Exar Kun's, though, because the you could theoretically use two! I'm also wondering if my avatar looks like a sith warrior (Because of the armor). If not, I'm changing it. I only picked it because I like Cathar, except for their unusual reseblance of Elves from Eragon or Lord of the Rings.

Yea, the one in the middle is the ultimate Sith saber.It would be really cool if you could wield two Double Bladed sabers.Of course with the size of the hilts that would be impossible.Other than that the game looks awesome!

mmm.... Nice. However I've always preferred Simplistic, useful design, over a showy thing... i'll most likely use a jedi hilt as a grey sith. These are a bit too showy. As well as that i'll most likely use a single blade.

The top left looks like a dual version of Dooko's saber. But I must say that they all look awsome to me. Damn can't decide which one is the coolest!!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the righmost lightstaff looks like it's held together by a power coupling( like the ones in pod races). Do you think it's detachable? Or maybe it's just for the menacing look.

the sith weapons are sure sweeter than the jedi Crap but how do i see any differens in game?

Blue elegant one infuse it with Light side power and end the pain, purgeing it from the Sith neanderthals and there neanderthal mentality .Make it Beauty full and full of grace in a Jedis hand healing the darkness around me and restoring order.

But honestly, this type of lightsaber isn't something you'd see in the days of Daala's Republic, much less the old one. To me, lightsabers should seem even more plain and primitive how many hundred years BBY. I dunno, just my two cents.

Bottom Purple one is totally mine. I mean, the only thing they could do to make it better, is make the lightning and chasis decoration BLOOD RED!!!

i for 1 hope that the u dont have to ignite both blades at the same time and that there ignition is seperate that would make these weapons alot better in my view..... the bottom dbl blade LS hilt looks great tho =P

i also agree perhaps bioware will read this and acknowledge our ideas because we are potential buyers but it only would make sense to be able to decide if u want one hilt out or both i mean theres been too many star wars games with out that option and i beleive we as star wars fans that want to be like darth maul should be allowed to do that AND i say if we fight a jedi they can break the saber into 2 like in Episode 1

If you plan on aligning yourself with the Republic take a good look at the top lightsaber. I might swing it too fast for you to see it in game and I would hate for you to die without knowing what killed you.

let me refraze this they made the first game with proper balance for light sabers and they never followed up on Kotor 3 so at least do this one right after waiting forever to play something Kotor give us half decent looking light sabers and Calgron i suggest you don't look cause you dropped your glasses.

Please Pleas please get rid of these huge sized monstrosity of light sabres i've seen in the videos comon people speak up this is like totally turning me of from playing the game, these giant sized light sabres i've seen in the videos suck.

dude your compareing the look of light sabers that have a completely different art style. Besides it's gonna be a MMO but as long as its story lives up to all their hype I'll be happy. I still wish it could look a little like Galaxies tho. Other then that, Keep up the good work Bioware.

Diplomat, the game is going to have a stylised look - the whole f***ing idea is that its going to look different from everything else.... Plus this way you can customise your saber, and it'll be big enough for people to notice..
