The Duros colonized Neimoidia during their earliest wave of expansion, though the Neimoidians were considered a separate culture by 15,000 BBY, although they should stick with Duros like KotOR.

They look like Duros because they are related. Every race does not act exactly alike. People thought Rodians were all hunters because of Greedo and then a musician, dancer, and politician showed up. I'm sure there are non cowardly Neimoidians. They couldn't become powerful being scared all the time.

i would consider them to be more of the type of species to be more of a scoundral with some type of protection. hey a good companion could be a payed merc or a cool heavy armored assault droid.

They will be the cowards that we chase after, better stay away. But cool concept art!

If these guys are a playable race i could see the potential in being able 2 be a species that is known for being cowards and instead of them fighting themselves they get 2 have more npc friends or have 2 use sly and underhanded thinking 2 get out of sticky situations.

I wonder why they picked the Neimoidians over the Duros. The Duros seem to be a bit sturdier in stature and outlook. I don't think I am the only one who's noticed both are modeled after the steryotypical Martian alien.
Duros were in both the prequels, why not here? (And while we're at it, maybe wookies or, [hushed wisper] Shistavanen)

This could easily be the artwork for an NPC. Nothing has been determined yet. At the moment we can't be sure that they are playable. Although they are my favorite species in the whole Star Wars-Universe and would love to play as one of them, I am not optimistic. I'd say that they are more likely to be NPC's. Plus, why shouldn't we have both Duros and Neimoidians featured in the game?

yeah i would rather be a duros than a neimoidean. duros are much tougher and less cowardly. im pretty sure they'll put wookies in the game though. they're such a big part of star wars. and they were in both kotor games too so i think they'll keep the chain going.
