The awesome work that the devs have done on these blasters is why ill play a Bounty Hunter. Duel weilding these bad boys and taking down some Jedi will be awesome. I hope wrist-rockets will feature in the game like they do in the cinemtics.

dont think you understand fully how MMO combat works, if you have played wow for example, you cant run away from an arrow fired by a hunter, however there will be im guessing dodge points that determine your chance of ducking before a wrist rocket hits you

I'd dual-wield the one on way right (if it's allowed in the game to dual-wield). But I do hope bounty hunters dont just get blasters and rifles, they should allow you to make your own versions of weapons.

I really hope blasters (of the pistol fashion) aren't the only weapons used by the bounty hunter class. The poster child of the class (although of a later time period) Boba Fett uses a EE-3 blaster RIFLE, so I don't see why (among other reasons) why pistols would be the only allowed weapon for the class.

The bounty hunter in the Decieved trailer was using grenade launchers, flamethrowers the whole 9 yards. I would be suprised it was limited to pistols.

i understand the need for a crafting class, it will embolden the masses even more knowing their weapons will be in high demand for particular quests or raid like events.

this revolver type blaster looks fantastic and should be able to fit in my waist and strike fear in your hearts- Bounty Hunters exclusive or for everyone, but must be made highly effective in skilled or specialize classes
such as BH, smugglers,( not so troopers, they can have the big guns )

What I'm wondering is what kind of role crafting will take. It would be nice if a player created blaster could be a competitive end game weapon. So many MMOs are making the best items into raid drops only accessible to huge guilds and hardcore player through excessive grinding and dungeon runs.

Please tell me non Bounty hunters can use those bad boys. I mean, are they restricted to only one kind of player, or can any class use a level up to gain proficiency? That is one of the things I am agonizing over (the stats, level ups, and abilities).
The color schemes give the impression that once you get one of the weapons, you can change the look with a new paint job, even if everything else is the same, in terms of shape and firepower.
I really like the addition of the ammo clip and the scope, that says that the higher level you are, the better frequency and accuracy you get out of your rifle.
I only have one question: is that a pistol, or a rifle? If it is a rifle, I think I prefer it over the new designs they are using for the Trooper's weapons. The barrel looks to me like a machine gun, something with rapid fire.
I cannot wait to loot one of these off of my enemies (I just hope they don't respawn and force me to give it back, lol).

Ok question. Why do Bounty Hunters need a lightsaber???? They have a jetpack, sweet guns, a flame thrower, grapple hook, an awesome helmet, crazy attributes, not to mention whatever bio/arts is creating to go along with those. Nothing personal Hyland its just silly to me.

Though they do take them as trophies sometimes and have been known to practice with them, maybe they'll give Bob-Force Users lower stats with them or something. But the combination thing that Hyland was talking about was WAY too much

The blasters look awesome like a space aged clint eastwood revover from hell!

They should also bring out some type of blaster/light saber that can change from one to the other. The blaster for long distent attakes and the light saber for close combat and it can be used by jedi/sith and mabe others.

Based on these designs perhaps there is an endgame to all weapons? That is a negative to item development but if it is a hard thing to obtain then it has its benefits knowing that you have a very powerful blaster.

These are just the concepts Deramor, the in game model may not even be done yet :P Pretty nice though, I love the gunslinger feel they give. Wouldn't mind duel wielding those :P
