We are here to keep the Republic around for generations to come and to protect this generation from the tyranny of the Sith. Join us In the fight my fellow Republic, we will never let them prevail!

We currently have over 70 members in the guild and growing fast, as well as a chatroom our members come to almost every day and just hangout and have a lot of fun

Key Features of Prime Defense

The Prime Army
The Prime Army consists of two military areas, , the Prime Elite Army and the Prime Army. The elite army usually takes on covert, move important missions while the prime army does more straight forward tasks such as attack this or defend that. The elite army squads are only lead by council members, while the Prime Army squads can be lead by members who have obtained the rank of Jedi Master/Captain/Smuggler Commander if a squad leader spot is open. Neither the Prime or Elite army is superior to the other.

Ranks
The guild of course has an extensive ranking system, there are a different set of ranks for each class and when the game comes out different ranks will have different responsibilities and traits.

Specializations
Specializations The spec system is class specific specializations to add a layer of roleplaying to the guild. Each class has a different set of specializations, and each specialization has a certain place in the Prime Army.

Master/Padawan System (MPS)
The master padawan system in PD is the same as the starwars movies, every padwan or jedi youngling may have a master, the masters are the individuals to chose what padawan they want at their side, there will be a section for padawans to tell the guild they need a master in the forums. This system is a great way of like most things, adding more RP to the guild as well as (from Previous experience) usually adds a large connection between the master and padawan. A master can be either of the rank Jedi Knight or higher, and Padawans can also be the rank of Youngling to obtain a master.

Council
The council are the leaders of the guild, they help mold and shape PD to the best it can be, council members are picked from most active, trustworthy, helpful and mature members. Instead of having separate councils for each class, we have one main council filled with every class called "The Council" this way we can keep the guild more organized and united as well as avoiding pointless which council has more power conflicts.

Forums
Prime Defense also has a large forum for all our members to post on, filled with awesome sections and over 250 topics for people to check out! We also have a war journal section, which is used to post your own written starwars stories!!! with over 400 posts in that section alone you can be sure our guild is filled with very talented writers.

Join us!
To join us come visit us on our website and click the Join Us on the sidebar, or alternatively you can send an application to Owepta Cloudlighter
(frodriguez1991@hotmail.com) with your name, class, the reason you joined PD and optionaly some suggestions for the guild.

i see a wookie!....

Tue, 10/20/2009 - 03:29

I bet as soon as someone walks in the entrance, dozens of lazers and people would pop out and kill them... this is just a guess. If there isnt, then they would be dead in 30 sec.

Mon, 08/24/2009 - 16:37

I bet a combined Jedi and Republic assault could take one of those huge buildings.

Sun, 06/21/2009 - 14:30

Heavily guarded? I count four. Tall one looks like a wookie....Ok ill kill half and you kill half (pause) Ok I'll Kill them all!

Mon, 06/15/2009 - 15:39

Hutta ftw!

Tue, 05/26/2009 - 20:42

hope they make it more difficult for jedi or troopers to enter the palaces or nearby hutta buildings, story and gamplay must be different they told us , i cant imagine a trooper in white shiny armor going to speak to a hutt with all equipment and his rifle, on the other hand, BH should be able to blend real easy and have a much better experience ,so can smugglers.

possibly we can disguise ourselves, like Leia and Lando in the hutt palace...to be continued

Fri, 05/22/2009 - 11:01

If its p2p i hope that it is like $10 a month And that there will be a smugglers class

Wed, 04/01/2009 - 00:32

i can't say i'm really proud it's pretty normal nothing speacial but in all other aspex it is ok

Mon, 04/27/2009 - 01:47

you should considering it is possibly in a wasteland..this will be worth getting to

Tue, 03/31/2009 - 12:28

Fantastic, guys I hope too that this game will be successfull !

I hope will be the best in the future for a long time!

Sun, 03/22/2009 - 05:11

i hope the game becomes succsesfull

Tue, 03/24/2009 - 06:38

Becomes succesful? Hah! This will destroy all the other online games xD

Fri, 03/20/2009 - 12:40

this is gonna be great....

Mon, 03/16/2009 - 02:31

Ah... Nal'Hutta. GLORIOUS JEWEL.

Can't wait to salt some slugs.

Thu, 03/12/2009 - 15:33

I don't see why they bother to release a concept for something that has already been implemented. The Hutt Palace entrance is clearly visible from the previously released screenshot of Hutt Palace. Why not just release the concept with the screenshot, rather than dragging the whole thing out in several media releases? Could it be because there just isn't that much content to show?

Sat, 03/07/2009 - 18:20

.......this looks great to

Thu, 02/26/2009 - 06:33

Jonathan, I'm with you 100%

I would love love love it if I could have my own ship and a crew to work together with (Nothing huge like a star destroyer, just a medium-sized cargo ship) I'm not expecting it, but it would be a huge plus in my mind...

Tue, 03/03/2009 - 19:46

Millenium Falcon sized ship would be my guess for largest ship. Hopefully you can use players as crew or NPC's if no players are availible.

I guess guilds could have larger frigates and stuff which might be intersting but could be annoying too.

Mon, 03/02/2009 - 20:06

xD Star destroyers are for the large clans or guilds.

Wed, 02/25/2009 - 22:24

I can't wait to storm the place and kill some Hutts! ;) Great job.

Wed, 02/25/2009 - 19:11

Sweet this looks cool. i hope there are hangers like this and other space ports in the game, becuase i think that we should be able to buy are own ship when we get to a perticular level. also have a crew like a team of friends not a hired crew but a real crew like a unit and what would be even cooler is if are guild or if we have guilds, that they can buy big space ships like for example a star destoryer and have people in your guild be able to land on the ship and other things.

Mon, 03/02/2009 - 20:09

That is the easy part, the hard part is getting all the people to fill up all the rooms.

Sat, 02/28/2009 - 16:49

Hey Jon, I think they're doing that in Star Trek Online. For TOR, I personally would like to have something less complicated and not operate the ship itself. Maybe a huge starship as a social hub or quests aboard a ship, etc.

Thu, 02/26/2009 - 00:07

if you want a guild go play WoW or something....im out for myself in this game.....kinda like an exiled Jolee, or a General Kota type......raid the thing if you want, your funeral.

Wed, 02/25/2009 - 21:18

great idea... fat chance though sorry lol dont want to burst your bubble. Do you know how hard that would be to pull off in an online game? Im not talking about the crew thing, Im talking about the having a star destroyer type ship and be able to land on it.

Tue, 02/24/2009 - 19:24

I hope there are large hangars in this game, so that people can fly their ships into the atmosphere and land them. Or have dogfights in the planet's atmosphere. Kotor didn't have enough space stuff, and you couldn't even pilot your own ship, asides from the the navicomputer. Hopefully the planets are very vast too.
I know this is unrelated, but I hope the companion thing also works as an autopiloting thing for freighters and such, so you can man the turrets. And also it would be cool if you could hire a crew if you owned a larger ship

Tue, 02/24/2009 - 08:21

I'ts such a shame that the cartoony scheme they have gone for will never live up to the atmosphere lighting and realism of the concept art...

Tue, 02/24/2009 - 00:04

One thing I have learned: never underestimate a Hutt. For all that they are slow-moving, their minds are a lot quicker than you think. That place looks kind of like a hanger or a swoop garage, with the wide doors and little clutter. The buildings and structures are going to look amazing. Good luck!
May the Force be with us all.

Mon, 02/23/2009 - 22:42

love the detail.

Mon, 02/23/2009 - 18:43

Sorry but it isn't heavily guarded! , I mean you can go with 'stealth' easily inside.
Btw , the pic is nice :D

Mon, 02/23/2009 - 05:24

oooooooo cant wait!

Mon, 02/23/2009 - 02:24

They have to add turrets or somthing. By the looks of it you could just go in there and kill every one whith out littel resstance.

Mon, 02/23/2009 - 15:57

you never know what's hiding in that dark tunnel

Sun, 02/22/2009 - 23:25

i wonder if this will be the planet to turn in bountys

Sun, 02/22/2009 - 23:17

@garrettgorta:
Don't worry, I doubt you'll meet Jabba in SWTOR.

Sun, 02/22/2009 - 19:41

i hate jabba the hutt

Sun, 02/22/2009 - 23:40

The local Hutt is called Bobo, which is the same name as my Paladin's mechanical yeti in WOW. Will there be mechanical yetis in SWTOR or mechanical hutts? Do hutt robot's look like giant slugs or are they those weird robots that wander about Jabba's palace in SWG? I have many questions, at least 10 million questions, but this box is too small so I shall stop now.

Sun, 02/22/2009 - 18:02

I'm psyched. The more I see the more I like. I can't wait until its released.

Sun, 02/22/2009 - 16:50

I can't wait to see everyone here who think they're going to do stupid stuff like "cant wait to come blazing into that place looking for trouble!!" or "I cant wait to lead a battalion of sith in here to wipe everybody out." be dissapointed because they can't. It's going to be so satisfying. Like a long whizz after holding it in all day... Ahhh.

Sun, 02/22/2009 - 16:17

I can't wait peacefully negotiate my friends out of captivity without loss of life BAHAHAHAHA!!! Oh man, I new I couldn't say that with a straight face.

Sun, 02/22/2009 - 04:48

I cant wait to lead a battalion of sith in here to wipe everybody out.

Sun, 02/22/2009 - 17:30

ill second that

Sat, 02/21/2009 - 23:00

cant wait to come blazing into that place looking for trouble!!

Sat, 02/21/2009 - 21:19

We all have to discard our "human" ideas about what a hutt palace door should look like. Personally I think it looks suitably sinister. It doesnt look heavily guarded, but then we cant see everything that is going on. I think perhaps this game is more than a year away. It is best not to rush things.

Sun, 02/22/2009 - 07:24

The floor is likely littered with hidden turrets.

Sat, 02/21/2009 - 20:45

I think the look is right, but you can't tell me that is "well-guarded"

Sat, 02/21/2009 - 19:16

If that's what passes for heavily guarded on Nal Hutta, it's a wonder that those fat slugs weren't all blasted into oblivion long ago.

Sat, 02/21/2009 - 17:51

cool but I kinda liked jabba's giant door but I guess that was just the tatooine style it is still awesome

Sat, 02/21/2009 - 17:40

The overall style of this picture reminds me of Jabba's sail barge in Return of the Jedi; I really like the direction they're taking with this.
