ok i get it so in the end when he says some mandalorians decided to follow there own paths (paraphrased) the mandalorian is talking to two REPUBLIC solders. does any one else think so look at the video again its when the cameria zooms back out the two people on the right change

The Mandalorians are a tribe which almost exclusively consists of humans. It isn't a race or a class really, it's a religion basically. Unless they provide the option to choose your background or something for merc or bounty hunter class, I don't think Mandalorian will be an option.

i'm glad mandalore is back! StarWars has always been about Jedi and the Sith but ignore the smallest details that ordinary people play. I can't wait to be a mandalorian or a bountyhunter! ill prove you don't need a lightsaber to kill the jedi or a sith!!!!!!!!

now one thing i really hope for is straight up cannon mandalorians with language and culture such as insted of saying hello they say Su'coy type of thing that would be great

i hope my republic trooper can be a mandalorian. itd be great if he was raised as any other human within the republic, its just his race and origin was a Mandalorian. i think individual character storytelling is extremely important. i would like to think my character could be mandalorian, but act like any other human would as a republic elite commando.

Hopefully Mandalorians are a faction both Republic and Sith classes can join into. After all, they are a mercenary faction. Sure they have their overall allegiance to the Sith, but as quoted from the video, "they are not like the sith." I doubt this is going to be a class because it would make no rational sense to include them as such. Mandalorians are both a mixture of races and culture.

I bet the Mandalorian culture will be a third power that is completely NPC and able to fight both Empire and Republic cultures. That way you can have some newbie missions that don't involve just collecting 25 animal parts etc.

It is not a class or they would have showed it, it is race may be.

All the Contraversy and Media and Updates,I think they will make it a Class,why does everyone say It wont' be a Class,ya say that when you want it to be and,people don't keep saying it won't be,Ugh........

I'm pretty sure that in one of the Dev diaries or interviews they say that there will be no mandalorian class or race to choose, but they will be in the game, but not a playable character.

The thing to remember is that Mandalorians are a "race" or "culture"...not a class...some are bounty hunters...others are warriors...

culture kinda reminds me of Sparta and the beginning of 300 :) For me dont' see a problem with mando's being a playable class.

I am at odds with this.I love mando's this I do.. however they shouldn't be making it a class all by itself. to me it was one of the small problems I had in swg. where b/h was a class in itself. I don't think that it should be. why couldn't a mando be a b/h or work for the empire or be a smuggler. or why couldn't a jedi be a bounty hunter. now I understand about order and ranking in the jedi, even sith. but hell. I don't think in the sith all your things were taken care of like the jedi who had given up on material things. I am just saying mando's aren't a class. and if they are going to be one isn't it going to be somewhat like either a commando or b/h. mando's are a race. not a class.

Mandolorians are not a class, bounty hunters are. If anything I would say a branch of the BH class would let you join the Mandolorian faction.

Seems like the Mandalorians are not linked with the Sith and the blockade was just so they could get in a fight with the Jedi. So seems unlikely they will be a playable class at least to start with.
