No if you don't have bitraider then you are already using SSN , big thing to look at is if it says SSN or BR in the settings.

If people have BR ( Bitraider ) idea of deleting the folder is stop file bloat as they would end up with 2 virtual copies aka 50GB roughly.

SO answer for you is no do not delete any folders if using SSN already

If you have deleted these files

- "Patch" folder
- "Patcher_-1toXX" or similar folders
- "assets_swtor_XXX_XXX" or similar folders (do not delete the folder named "Assets")
try deleting patcher.version file , this will trigger about a 9gb download I believe though

Not at this stage

the ones below are folders not files (may not exist when launcher is closed but if they do delete them
- "Patch" folder
- "Patcher_-1toXX" or similar folders
- "assets_swtor_XXX_XXX" or similar folders (not the ASSET Folder)

if just deleting those folders doesn't help next would be the file called patcher.version

if that fails then well we can see

Bah did all that and just got a quick download and straight to repair on the launcher again, no 9GB after deleting patcher.version

Let me think a few minutes , see if a re-download is avoidable
