This NPC had me scratching my head for about five minutes, listening to him speak. Something was strange here.

Then I remembered! He is the voice of the evil narrator in the Dungeon Keeper series. (Unless I'm drastically, incredibly misinformed.) I wanted to hear him say more evil stuff!

"The goodly Lord Antonius holds your next portal gem..."
"Your dungeon heart is under attack!"

I think so too! The way he speaks, you can totally hear it in his voice!

"Your nocturnal perseverance has earned you a hidden gaming tip: GO TO BED!!!"

LOVE IT!

Was just listening to him, and thought holy crap isn't this the guy from dungoun keeper? Immediately googeld Duke Kendoh and voice actor and found this page.

I pondered this too. Did some digging and 99% confirmed it.

Voice actor Richard Ridings. IMDB has SWTOR listed but no confirmation of which characters he voices.

The sad thing is that I just googled this because he sounded like 'Daddy Pig' from the Peppa Pig cartoon series for 0-4 year olds.

Not sure if I should be proud that I was right or concerned that I could remember Daddy Pig's voice, my kids are getting older now...

None-the-less it was some good voice acting!
