That looks great except for the 6ms at your router is odd, normally at a ADSL router I expect <1 - 1 ms and I worry if it goes over 4ms

Can you run and leave running

ping -t 192.168.2.1 when you play and when the game spikes have a look at this and see if it is spiking at the router.

Need to find the issue first, that tracert and pathping is great , like I said only thing is the 6ms at the router in the pathping but need to test it further if it is an issue or if it was just an anomaly

you can also use the pingplotter from www.pingplotter.com to leave running if the ping to router itself stays around 1-4ms

Also do you have something else between the router and your computer ?

Edit - must be this appears to be your router 192.168.1.1 what is 192.168.2.1 ?

I must be tired your router was hitting 11ms 192.168.1.1

what ever is 192.168.2.1 was 6ms

the only things in my network from this laptop is the router and the modem nothing else and the other computer on the network isn't running now
