Has PvP gear and stats become obsolete in this game now? The reason I ask is I recently became 55, and I noticed when I equip my 2 pieces of partisan eliminators my expertise actually drops (inside a warzone) and certain stats drop.

I'm just confused, has bioware eliminated the need to get new gear? Also Partisan sets are not compatable with other older PvP set bonuses. Partisan bonus is completely unique (even if both are eliminator for example).

Could someone clarify if these are intended changes? I'd just like to know, cuz I feel like what is the point to PvP now? There is 0 progression... when rank does nothing and getting comms does nothing. (other than purchase consumables or new looks in the form of useless armor).

Other than the lack of progression, I actually still enjoy the PvP. It just feels like it's lost something, like there is no end goal or point to going hard anymore.

Any help would be appreciated.

bioware currently bolsters all players in warzones, both in 55s and sub55s. And their bolster mechanic, despite attempting to fix it multiple times, is wonky atm. They are ''working on it''
