I have bought 1 month of SW:TOR membership to try out being a member, and am so far very annoyed. The website says I am a member, but the client says my account is free to play. I have tried everything I can think of, as well as phoning them , and waiting so long I hung up with frustration, knowing how much its costing me to not even be talking to someone. The worst thing is I can't get in game support with the ticket system, because its subscribers only, and the game thinks I'm free-to-play. Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

Please persevere in trying to call us to resolve your account issue. Players have been calling us for a reduced rate using VOIP services such as Skype.
