I thought if you use throw...it procs PoM which allows you to instantly cast, Disturbance, Mind Crush or Telekintic Wave. I've been trying this out on dumbies and as soon as PoM proc I click on Telekintic Wave and it has a count down rather than casting instantly. Help?
