So when will the snares for the Sniper and Gunslingers, the knock back with the inability to move, activate resolve? They get two attacks that make you unable to move, and neither activates resolve. Yet the Inquisitors and Consular knock back activates resolve.

Unbalanced much?

Just play as an inquisitor or consular - problem solved.
