After waiting about two weeks for a CS Agent to get a hold of me, Miss Kate finally arrives only to deliver a message that the issue has already been resolved. Although this is true, I do find it very disappointing that after all that patience I do not even get to speak with someone through Live Chat! Perhaps I have more questions!

I will be submitting another ticket & filling out a poor review for the CS Survey with the link provided at the end of my IG message.
