So they've talked about Makeb introducing some new gameplay dynamics that are, if not quite mini-games, pretty technically complex and innovative.

I've thought about what that could be. Then I remembered the Makeb trailer, the scene in which you see what looks to be a Cathar Smuggler setting a bunch of mines on the wall then triggering them remotely to trap and do away with his pursuer.

If Smugglers (and other classes) are finally able to pull off actually meaningful, class-specific abilities like this, then Makeb may just be worth it.

I wouldn't get my hopes up though.
