Hello i am just wondering if any more experienced sages could give me some tips on staying on top of force in balance it seems to deplete very fast in group fights and gets me into very bad situations more often than not.

Can you ellaborate a bit? Are you referring to pve or pvp? What level are you? And what is exactly about fib that you think you are doing wrong? In brief fib hits 3 targets for moderate damage and boosts 10 ticks of your dots, these are weaken mind and mind crush.
