week with a ticket and no response?

Not going to lie. Ive had a ticket open for a week and am slightly irritated with the response time, simple fix ticket. Missing Cartel double ended light saber with a 41 pink/purple gem in it disappeared in transit to my assassin from my marauder via the mail system.

(Just FYI I am a subscriber and have been since I bought the game)

A week is nothing I am up to 2 weeks so far. I ticketed by ingame and email and no reply's or updates so far.

ticket #6997024 if that helps you get a better time frame on how much longer you have to wait.

I've waited for more than 3 weeks to get some sort of update.

Customer servise at its worst.


I've seen companies that respond in a few hours even to trial accounts.

Yeah i didnt want to mention it in fear of gaining some fan boy rage but ive played wow for years and they will get to you in under 2 days most the time and their player base is fn huge. Just sad in comparison.
