This Is ABSURD!

Absolutely unreal. I phoned because i was getting the "General Error" when trying to purchase CC. So the guy asks me to remove my credit card information and put it back in.. which inevitably locked my card thinking i'm a scammer or something. So now with a blocked card, i phoned to get it unblocked.. okay, so they transfer me to a "specialist in the billing department". I waited... annnnnd waited.... three hours go by, still waiting... four and a half hours go by... STILL WAITING.


Five *********** hours and thirty-eight minutes go by and my phone dies because of how long the wait time was. I'm just in awe with their CS, it's unbelievably incompetent.

Well it's not "absurb", it's just the current crop of phone EA CS.

I went through the same issue, my wait was 3 hours and 20 minutes... It is honestly the largest crock of **** I have ever had to deal with, you cannot tell me that there were that many people calling that one department at one time.
