Hello,

My username is rlerules. I recently created a new account on top of the subscriber account that I already had, so that my girlfriend and I could play together.

However I paid for my subscription while waiting for downloading the digital version of the game and I have yet to be able to login under this name. 2 days of my subscription have already passed and all I encounter is error 3001- Account not authorized to connect to the servers.

My emails have not been answered and I have waited 3 hours on hold for customer service to no avail. I have ran the launcher diag and the launcher fix tool to no avail.

Could someone press the magical switch that will let me login to the game please?

I am having the same issue as we speak...tried waiting and logging again, tried PC restart, tried a full shut down, still no luck.

I paid for 180 days, I sent two emails to support, and as of yesterday I can not play

My account is fine, but a friend of mine is having trouble and asked me to post for him.

He wanted me to tell you that he has sent multiple emails and has tried calling on the phone, but there has been no luck for him.

His account name is Drag_Harlen
