Or did you adjust shaders only ? have you enabled anything one by one to see if you can narrow down the setting in there causing a crash ?
Everything is turned down to help resolve this problem. I shouldn't have to compensate quality since I've played with better settings when the game first launched though. They've done something.

Jedi covenant

Ip of server /

This time it happened after about 5 minutes of being logged in. 2 tracert showed failed pings between and, the server is reported as standard population, but when you get spikes up to 60K you can see when people log on and off of a planet. i have noticed that when someone comes onto the planet or off i get these spikes.
I thought the exception information was interesting.

1 - Name of server: The Ebon Hawk

2 - Name of character(s) affected: Shai-renenet

3 - Frequency of crashing – how many crashes, how often? First time in a while for a total crash to desktop, however I get regular drop to desktop where the game will lower but not DC or quit.

4 - Any potentially helpful information about crash triggers, what you are doing before a crash, etc: I had just accepted a quest, looked at my quest log, and then turned to run.

5 - DXDiag

6 - Your reliability report - There wasn't anything for today's crash, this is all that was showing.

7 - This was an actual crash to desktop. Though normally it's just a drop to desktop, which happens a few times every time I play.

Sometimes I experience a crash that takes me back to the desktop and I have to re-log in to SWTOR; these crashes are annoying but better than the others I have been experiencing since becoming a subscriber. Ever so often I keep getting booted out the game and sent to a loading screen. The loading bar only goes up about a quarter of the way and stays that way. I have left it for and hour and it does not move and I have to alt +f4 to come all the way back out. This happens at random times, I could be just standing still going thru my inventory for example. SO my question is: Is this related to this thread's crashing issue or is it something totally different?

1) The Red Eclipse
2) All Characters
3) Every couple of hours, so I get several crashes per day. Total in life time : 100+
4) The most common trigger is loading a new area - e.g. leaving my ship, exiting/joining a warzone, changing instance, during quest cinematics etc. However I've had numerous crashes when not entering a new area including multiple times in warzones and at least once in the middle of a boss fight in an operation.

7) It is exactly Crashing right to desktop not a dc or etc.

I am having the same issue, where it crashes back to the desktop or to a loading screen, which then freezes. It seems to happen at the end of flashpoints (Esseles, Hammer Station and Athiss) just prior to, or just after the final conversations. It also seems to do it occasionally when spacebarring through conversations.

Server name: Jedi Covenant
Character(s) affected: All (Playing Heath'er currently)
Frequency: Constant
DXDIAG Output:

Reliability error:

1. The Shadowlands.
2. Bugattiboy.
3. EVERY single time I try and speak to Officer Haken at the end of Essles. No exceptions.
4. No Reason it just crashes to destop doesn`t give a warning or anything.

5. DXDiag:

6. Reliability report:

Yes, it is indeed a crash to the desktop. Also this is some crash data from a program I use called Soluto. Maybe it will be useful.

All Characters Affected

Random crashes on fleet. After standing still for a moment then trying to run or teleport. Trying to teleport off the planet. but its very random and happens about 3 or 4 times a day since 1.7 came out. It happened 3 times today. Once when I tried teleporting to group flashpoint. Once when I tried taking shuttle off Black Hole to Illum. Once when I tried to use Fleet Pass from black hole. when I relogged I was still in black hole and fleet pass was used up. 12 hr cool down. I can just be standing still in fleet and start to run.. and p00f crash to desktop.
