Fps color

Does the in game fps color still indicate that something is holding your system back like gpu or cpu?

The color indicates what the limiting factor is...

I think it's red for CPU and Green for Video Card.

This is correct. It will always be either red or green and will give you a good indication on what is bottlenecking your system.

No, it's always one of those two colors... which is why I"m not sure I buy that those two colors both mean something is "wrong."

It's not saying that something is wrong... your system will ALWAYS have something bottlenecking performance.

If you are getting 150 fps and it's green, that just means that your GPU is preventing you from getting 151fps at the point in time.
