Does the STAP mount that you get in digital deluxe and CE version make it so you don't have buy a mount at 25? How much in-game credits does this save?

Yes. 8000. Which is a drop in the bucket compared to the 40000 the training to ride it costs.

Training to drive speeders costs 40k credits.

Your first speeder costs 4k credits.

You save 4k credits

It'll save you 8k credits.

It costs 40k credits to learn how to ride it. Normally a vehicle at level 25 will cost you 8k credits.
I may now be playing with 140 ms ping (that sometimes jumps up to 240),
but I'll still kick your behind.
Enjoying the game again on Jung Ma.

Ah I didn't realize you had to buy the training as well.

Hmm...eh...probably not worth $20 for this silly deluxe version...the other stuff seems kinda lame.

There are also two more ranks worth of vehicles, who's cost and training sky rocket up from the level 25 price, at level 40 and level 50.

Buying those editions to save 8k credits is not something I would recommend.
