So I am running into hard crashes everytime that I launch the game.

Now before Customer Service directs me to the post that says update drivers and use "fixlauncher.exe" I will tell you that I have done that and used the fixlauncher 4 times...Rebooted. Powercycled, used a restore point.

The issue is NOT immediately after hitting play. It is as the Character Creation Screen is about to load. less than 15 seconds after the music cues up it does a desktop crash.

System specs:

Win 7 X64 Ultimate (fully updated)
AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+
3 Gb RAM
ATI R4650 1GB
ATI CCC 12.1
One Love. One Life.

Greetings kblaze,

Please post your DxDiag here.

Before you post it, please remove your PC Name from the DxDiag.

Please post the DxDiag within code tags or spoiler tags

Go to Start menu:
  1. Type dxdiag into the Search/Run box
  2. Select the "Save All Information" button
  3. This will create a dxdiag.txt file(Please remove your PC Name before posting)

Im getting this hard crash issue about 1 or 2 minutes into gameplay.

The game freezes, then hard crashes back onto the desktop.

SO bloody annoying!

Greetings DrTaweeli,

I recommend that you have the latest Service Pack and Windows Updates installed for your operating system, including the optional updates such as .NET framework and Visual C++ features.
