It's also important to note that Cybertech can make grenades and gadgets and stuff. It's a cool profession.

I mean, Armstech at least makes the Blaster barrels self.. somehow feels, Armormech got shafted... Guess i go Cybertech then.

Go with what you feel is the right one. I went with Armor..

The way I see it, Bioware will be balancing these professions and making changes often.

What is OP for a profession (or crappy) today will be different in the next patch and so on, so forth.

How bad would be taking armormech without scavenge?
I was planning to go slicing/armormech

Scavenging gets you all the base materials for Armortech. It would be pretty painful to level without the ability to scavenge. If you want to keep Slicing with Armortech you'd pretty much have to give up Underworld Trading.

Well, its the gathering skill for it, i would not leave it out.

If you have underworld trading on another alt, you might leave that off, ans just ship the right mats to your Armormech.

Take Armor/Scavenging/Slicing
You can choose to ignore the mission skill for a while for the easy cash that comes from slicing. That is the only real use for slicing at this point. Then use the extra cash to pay for the missions later if you want.
