I looted an exo-tech endurance biochem schem, and when I try to learn it, it says invalid schematic, (yes i am 400) so, is this a known issue and if so, is there a fix coming soon?

also note, i had no trouble learning a similar implant schematic, also looted in EV during the same run. So im guessing its just the stims that are bugged?

Has anyone else had this problem?
