Why is it not listed under known issues that some players always crash to desktop during hyperjump on the flashpoints?

I have met and seen many people who this happens to. It happens to me. The workaround is to alt-tab out of the game just before hyperjump and then alt tab back a few seconds later...HOWEVER...I play in fullscreen (windowed) which negates this workaround (can't alt-tab out) and so to play either of these flashpoints I have to change to standard fullscreen which is tedious, esp since most people want to get through these FPs as fast as possible and I don't want to make the switch until I'm sure I have a group.

...blah blah blah, why is this not listed as a known issue and really, why is it not fixed!? It's been an issue for at least a year from what I understand. Since other hyperjump animations work fine, it's obvious this should be a simple fix, a matter of swapping what works with what obviously doesn't work.
