Khevar Posted April 18, 2013 Share Posted April 18, 2013 Yes, Arkanian and Black Market armoring, mods and enhancements can be RE'ed for a schematic. I'm not sure about earpieces, implants or relics, but I would guess that they could be as well. Underworld and Verpine pieces cannot be RE'ed for a schematic.
