This issue has been raised for years and has to date received no official response (to my knowledge). I understand that fixing armor glitches must be low priority, but when stretched textures become so distracting that they make it impossible to focus on a cutscene, it seems like something that should be addressed.

There are alternative options with the hood lowered, but none of them reflect the same details on this piece. They either lack the goggles, the color, or come with shoulderpads.

If not for this bug it would be a very nice item. I would love to see this addressed in some way, even if it means replacing the item as it is now with another version that has the hood lowered.
