Hoping some one can help

New to MMOs and havent gamed sinced the late 90s but love the idea of roleplaying a Star Wars Storyline

Very cool game - divorce is iminent

Can I manage those quickslots at the bottom with my abilities ? Move them around or group them into speciifc areas ?

Can I delete an ability in the quickslot ?

Tried all sorts to move or send back to main abilities Pane without it being in Quickslot - would like to master that fast

and finally

The option whereby you have ability action que window time option - this defaults to 0.5

Is this the best bet or is 0.25 or even 0.75 a better option for new to MMO people - dont quite understand why you would have options there, why not the same for everyone ?
