It used to be that when a skill was on cooldown, it would be greyed out and you'd see the blue overlay counting down.

 

Now skills are no longer greyed out when on cooldown, just the blue overlay. So often when it's almost ready, you look and can see the colour icon, but it's not ready.

 

Please change it back to being greyed out when on cooldown. Very annoying right now trying to use skills that look like they are ready but are on cooldown.

There are several threads on this topic, a couple lengthy I think. Yeah, the change is horrible. Waiting to hear them say they will correct it.

doesn't need to be changed back, just needs to be fixed correctly. the way it was before, everything greyed out while GCD was up, so you couldnt tell if instant/reactive abilities were up until GCD was off. they need to leave it the way it is now, BUT change it so that abilities on their regular cooldowns stay greyed out.

 

its mind blowing how they couldve possibly messed this up twice for what should be something very, very simple.
