I'm wanting to run HM FP's and Ops.

In between teaching my guildies all the tier 1 HM FP's I'd like to run HM Ops on a regular basis.

I have yet to complete either SM EC or SM TFB, i'm in full rakata gear running a Sentinel Watchman spec, desperately needing to complete some higher tier stuff. Seems like i've hit the ceiling on what I can do with out being a part of a group that always does this sort of thing.

I do not want to leave my guild, I get along very well with those who are in it and there are some who are currently working with me on FP's so they can get further along in the end game.

So are there any groups willing to adopt me for the higher content?
