Sorry if this was asked before, but does anyone know when they'll finish the Holonet videos on the galactic history in the Jedi archives? Looks like they did about about half of them and I'd really like to see the remaining ones. I heard since the game is free to play that they probably won't bother finishing the remaining videos but I really hope they do.

 

They aren't finishing them. The Community Organizer pre-launch announced at that point that they "realized they didn't need to go farther back" in the timeline and, as a result, will not finish it.

The GenoHaradan is a secret bounty-hunter guild and is run by 4 Overseers (they do not know each other identity and correspond trough agents and messages). They manipulate galactic events trough assassination. they did this not by just killing their target, but killing him in such a way that it looked as if he had nothing to do with his dead. This left the agent without proof of his involved so it required a second agent to monitor the first and report the results to his superior . To most the guild would be unknown but a handful of government leaders and perspective Jedi did learn of them and that's how they received there bounty's if they where not making there own

The Sith Empire is ruled from Kaas City by the Emperor and the members of the Dark Council. Beneath them where the Ministry of War headed by the Minister of War (who answers to 2 Sphere's: the Sphere of Defence of the Empire, theSphere of Offensive and the Sphere of Military Strategy), it is responsible for the Imperial Navy and the Imperial Army aswell as soldier deployment, combat tactics, special operations, black ops missions and the general strategy of the war. Furthermore they where responsible for law enforcement and the Imperial Reclamation Service (this would also fall under the Sphere of Ancient Knowledge ). The Ministry of Intelligence is headed by the Minister of Intelligence and answers to the Sphere of Imperial Intelligence, it mission is to gather information and sowing dis-information if need be. Imperial Intelligence and Outreach Bureau are part of it. The Dark Council comprises of 12 Sphere's of Influence

Sphere of Ancient Knowledge is charged with the protection and expansion of Sith knowledge, it oversees the Imperial Reclamation Service

Sphere of Biotic Science is charged with command of all aspects of the Empire that deals with the human body: cybernetic augmentation, disease control, Sith alchemy and genetic manipulation and experiments. It also oversees Imperial Medical Corps

Sphere of Defense of the Empire directs the Imperial Military to protect t's citizens from internal and external threats

Sphere of Expansion and Diplomacy oversees expansion and diplomacy but is was the sphere's head who choose which of the 2 he favoured. It oversees the Imperial Diplomatic Service

Sphere of Imperial Intelligence oversees the Ministry of Intelligence

Sphere of Law and Justice directs the law enforcement and justice branches of the Empire

Sphere of Military Offensive directs the Ministry of War and the Imperial Military in all offensive military operations

Sphere of Military Strategy controls the battle plans, strategies and other military procedures in addition to Imperial Conquest Consolidation Corps

Sphere of Mysteries is the most secretive of them all, the rest of the Empire knows almost nothing about there inner working or purpose and only understood that the mystery's they protected where important for the Empire. Sith Assassins work for them

Sphere of Production and Logistics oversees the Ministry of Logistics and trough them controls the trade routes, resourced, economy, military supply lines, transportation systems, nationalized industries, slave populations and other assets and programs essential for the continued functions of the Empire

Sphere of Sith Philosophy is tasked with the protection of the Sith Code, routing out sympathisers of the light-side and spreading anti-Jedi sentiment

Sphere of Technology oversees the creation of powerful new cybernetics, superweapons, military technology and other revolutionary machines for the good of the Empire

The Imperial Military is under direct command of the Sith Emperor but overseen by the Minister of War. Grand Moffs commanded the combined forces and under them are Moffs

 

The Imperial Army is the land-based military arm of the Sith Empire and is divided as such:

Assault Group: contains 40000+ soldiers and are special formations created to preform important large-scale operations and is commanded by a Moff or a high-ranking Sith Lord

Division: contains 20000-40000 soldiers and is commanded by a General

Brigade contains 5000-7500 soldiers and is commanded by a Colonel

Battalion contains 700-1500 soldiers and is commanded by a Major[/i

Company] contains 100-300 soldiers and is commanded by a Captain

Platoon contains 50-100 soldiers and is commanded by a Lieutenant

Squad contains 5-10 soldiers and is commanded by a Ensign

Fire Team contains 2-3 soldiers

 

The Imperial Navy is the naval branch of the military

Imperial Intelligence is the primary intelligence agency for the Empire and answers to the Minister of Intelligence. The Operations Division is the primary branch and is headed by Keeper, below him are the Watchers (who support ans supervise agents in the field), Fixer (technical agents adept in slicing, engineering and biomechanics, often processed technical data like datapads and bioscans), Minder (work as internal security, screening Intelligence for vulnerability and addressing any breaches), Cipher (operatives skilled in assassination, seduction, infiltration and sabotage) and Informer (spies, scouts and informants that gathers information, often assigned to a fixed location they would never leave)

 

Outreach Bureau is responsible for the distribution of news and information but in reality the spread propaganda and conduct psychological warfare

Anchorhead Guard is the security force and militia for Anchorhead, it is led by a Sheriff (currently Encot) and includes Constables and Soldiers. They are more focused on defending Anchorhead from outside treads and is not adept at actual crime solving.

 

Republic Embassy Security Service is a security force of the Republic responsible for protection of Republic embassy's, they also provide travel warnings for locations or persons that could pose a treat to the safety of travelling citizens and work together with Republic Diplomatic Corps

 

Republic Security Force is a civilian police force charged with tracking down dangerous criminals and conducting investigations for the republic government. Law enforcement duties against pirates, smugglers and raiders are generally conducted by the Republic Military and as such Republic Security is a relatively smaller agency that serves as a clearing house for issued warrants and tracked down specifically dangerous criminals.

The Emperor's Wrath is a title held by Lord Scourge and is the enforcer and executioner for the Sith Emperor

 

The Emperors Hand, which number 12 members and all Sith Purebloods, existence is unknown to the public, only a few in the Dark Council knows of them.

 

The Voice is the mouthpiece trough which the Sith Emperor delivers his orders

 

The Imperial Guard are elite warriors and are the Sith Emperor his personal protectors and enforcers and is lead by Commander Tainor

The Schism Collective is a grouping of Anomid scientists led by Arkis Wode, they conduct dangerous or even barbaric experiments that where condemned elsewhere.

 

The Anomids are governed by the Central Council, whose members are appointed by regional groups of techno-nobles, scholars and business leaders for a term of 1 to 7 years. Their legal system is cumbersome as laws never got repealed, instead news laws are added to counter or modify old ones

The Mandalorians is lead by a Mandalore (Mandalor the Lesser united the clans after century's of fragmentation and is replaced by Mandalore the Vindicated) with below him Chiefswho ruled the individual clans

Here follows a list of different clans:

Clan Cadera was not supportive of the Mandalore to join forces with the Empire and wished to aid the republic

Clan Farr is allied with the Order of Revan

Clan Fett

Clan Jendri

Clan Lok has as notable member Artus Lok (later known as Mandalore the Vindicated)

Clan Rodarch are know for keeping Asharl Panthers and eventually adopted the panther as their mascot and painted their armour in a similar fashion

Clan Rook is actually a false clan founded by the criminal Tayari Rook who makes unsubstantiated claims to be a Mandolorian. It comprises a number of pirates and slavers

Clan Spar participated in the Sacking of Coruscant but was later bertayed by clan Rook

Clan Varad has a number of secret bases in the Tamarin Sector they developed an aggressive and violent reputation among the Mandalorian community. Their Chief, Mavrix Varad, clashed on numerous occasions with Mandalore the Vindicated on a personal level and they where no longer welcome on Geonosis and before long they openly turned on the Mandalore, attacking both the Republic and the Empire

The Balmorran Resistance is lead by Gray Star and Zenith and includes people of all walks of life

 

The Cademimian Guard is a private army raised by Governor Chornavor of Cademinu V and made of of former members of the Mantilian Separatist Movement and supported by mercenaries and underworld thugs, military authority is the responsibility of General Ortol. They are known for their brutality and widespread corruption.

 

The Cademimian Resistance is a loosely connected partisan unit formed on Cademimu V

The Mantellian Separatist Movement was formed because some people wanted to become independent and the planetary government wished to stay with the Republic

 

The Labor Alliance is a Hutt-backed organisation of slavers, a rank in the organisation is Chomash

The Rift Alliance is a group of powerful planets who treated to cede from the Republic. The lose of any one of these planets would have been a catastrophe, loosing them all would have caused the Republics collapse. The worlds who are a member are:

Saleucami which is the Republics most powerful trade hub and represented by Alauni

Aeten II is a producer of vital ores and crystals for the Republic's fleet construction and is represented by Diab Duin

Manaanis thesource of the healing fluid kolto and is represented by Shuuru

Eginorm recorded and administrated the Republic's finances for century's and is represented by Augin Blaesus

Balmorra joined because it sought powerful allies and is represented by Tai Cordan

Sarkai joined out of curiosity, they joined the galactic community only recently, and is represented by Tobas Grell

House of Antilles

House of Baliss is a relatively minor noble family who amassed much of it's influence by currying favours with the larger houses. They remain neutral the civil war.

House of Cortess are a proxy to House Thul and therefore supporters of the Sith Empire

House of Panteer has had more kings and queens then all the other houses combined

The Jedi Order contains following sub-sects:

Corellian Jedi (named Green Jedi in-game) is a reclusive sect serving the Corellian Sector, they are highly independent from the Jedi High Council and hold the well-being of Corellia over that of the Republic. They recruit from the worlds within the Corellian sector, primarily Humans from Corellia. Taking on only missions within the Corellian sector they are noted for there patriotism and wear green robes and have their own customs such as the passing of Jedi Credits from Master to apprentice and friends when a Jedi got elavated, also do they permit marriages among their ranks. They have strong bonds with CorSec. Their headquarters is within Coronet City where their Enclave is located and are governed by the Coreelian Jedi Council

The Jedi Covenant is a secret organisation of Jedi founded by Krynda Draay and used Jedi Consulars as Shadows (who where erased from all official records and know only to a few Covenant members, they sought any Sith artefact) to find shatterpoints that might lead to the return of the Sith and prevent that from happening. It is composed of several Watchcircles:

First WatchCircle: composed of 5 Jedi Seers who would lead the Covenant. Altough the Covenant where a secret society that acted separately from the High Council, the First WatchCircle's members where in the Order and did have to answer to the High Council if they wished to maintain there secrecy

Economic WatchCircle studied changes within the Draay Trust (a financial trust owned by the Draay familiy and allied with Adascorp and Czerka Arms) and keep it from bankruptcy

Besides Shadows there where also Executors who would where Jedi Guardians that lead a single WatchCircle and acted as facilitators that managed the logistic detailsso the group could preform their duty's and lacked themselves the capacity of precognition. In addition they reported any findings of the WatchCircle to the leader as well as reporting their activity's. Furthermore they also acted independently providing general security duty's for the Covenant

The Hand served to maintain the Trust and to employ contacts and resources to keep the Covenant functioning

 

Dark Jedi are frequently former Jedi who choose to deny the Light Side of the Force and/or follow the Dark Side but could also indicate individuals who did not receive Jedi training but began their career among fellow Dark Jedi, still others could be Dark-Siders not wishing to follow the Sith or other Dark-Side organisations

The Zabrak hail from the Mid Rim world Iridonia ( a planet know for it's inhospitable terrain and fierce predatory life) and also have 8 colony's in 5 systems but are good integrated into the galactic community and are therefore found on numerous planets (such as Iridia. There are many sub-species which can be distinguished by skin tone, horn pattern, hair growth and eye colour, the Elomin are believed to descended from a lost colony. One trait they all shared are the vestigial horns as well as facial tattoo's. Zabraks posses a second heart and have a great resistance to pain Edited by Huttchew

I've been drafting a few short stories for the characters of my legacy, the research for facts and making sure i dont contradict certain information takes me all over the Internet. Some of the lore being condensed into a single thread is much appreciated and bookmarked.

The Zabrak hail from the Mid Rim world Iridonia ( a planet know for it's inhospitable terrain and fierce predatory life) and also have 8 colony's in 5 systems but are good integrated into the galactic community and are therefore found on numerous planets. There are many sub-species which can be distinguished by skin tone, horn pattern, hair growth and eye colour. One trait they all shared are the vestigial horns as well as facial tattoo's. Iridonian Zabrak are often confused with Dathromirian Zabraks, which I believe is a cross breed between Iridonian Zabrak and the Nightsisters "Witches of Dathromir"(ex: Darth Maul)

I've been drafting a few short stories for the characters of my legacy, the research for facts and making sure i dont contradict certain information takes me all over the Internet. Some of the lore being condensed into a single thread is much appreciated and bookmarked.

 

I appreciate that you value my work, but it's not finished yet. Also i would like to refer to 'Lore 2' which provides info on all known military unit's (up to TOR) and 'Lore 3' which provides info on military bases ( up to TOR)
