Our guild - Catalyst - was not skipping upgrades, but we ran that place so much I had an entire bank tab of loot (with all the slots still inside) mostly from people not needing the gear. Just need to get my Agent's crafting to max and I will be RE'ing a ton of enhancements Unfortunately you can see from my post, even with all the gear I had, I only learned a handful of recipes... this 20% thing is annoying...
