Hey so I logged on today and go the whole tutorial on strongholds, along with the mail. In the email that I got it said that my stronghold should be unlocked in the new "Stronghold Management Tab", but when I click on it nothing shows up.

I was just wondering if I'm missing a step or if this is a problem that's being addressed. If you have any idea how to help, either reply or PM me

You have to actually go to the terminal and purchase it. If you qualified for the subscriber bonus, the Nar Shaddaa Sky Palace should have a cost of Zero credits; but you still have to go through the process of buying it.
