Just wondering if there are any Vanguards that can help a fellow Vanguard out by giving me a rotation for pvp. I've been reading the guide on Dulfy.net but I'm finding that it's not really helping considering it's for PVE.

I don't think there is a rotation. Your main goal is to keep as many enemies taunted/slowed and cleave when your flamethrower proc (whatever it's called) is up , and just being generally disruptive.

You should use your gap closer as often as possible as that helps with heat management.

Nah, the main thing about vanguard tanks is that in order to be efficient you must use transpose off cooldown.

Preferably on a melee.
