MaartenFett
I recently bought the Cantina Performers Personnel Bundle. After i placed all the personnel / decorations i noticed that even though the musicians where playing and the entertainment droid (with big speakers) was rolling around there was no music:( I turned background music and turned up the music volume of the game, but stil no music:( Is this a glitch or is there just no sound? I really hope it's a glitch because musicians playing there instuments without sound just looks a little stupid. Does someone have have a solution? Mongorr
They don't come with sound. You can place a jukebox in the vicinity and let it play, that's probably the only way to get some cantina music.

Xina_LA
Personally, I think it ought to get reported as a bug. There's a droid which looks identical to it, a toy that actually plays music. It's hard to believe they released a silent droid with speakers. Also, you might notice that one of the female dancers has a spotlight. She's useful for lighting up a dance area in a dark room. Mubrak
Cantina performers on the planets also don't actually play music, either there is a general area music around the cantina (same volume throughout the area), or there is an actual speaker that emits ambience music (gets louder when you come close). There already is a speaker decoration in the list, it's just not obtainable ingame. So yes, add music to the droid, but also give us a speaker that does the same, so we can use the other musicians without the droid. On the other hand, the next thing we will ask for is the ability to select which music to play, because we hate that particular track the devs decided to use. Give us an inch... You've reminded me... aren't there some kind of Ambient Music Devices available as decorations? Would one of those work to provide the missing music for the band? Xina_LA
Very good point. So the droid shouldn't play the music, just some ambient device that plays songs on an endless loop -- something that blends in, not a jukebox. Mongorr
The speaker decoration is already in the game. It's only obtainable in the ultimate packs, so it's rare and expensive. I got a bunch of them and they don't play any music either. Regarding the ambient machines, I got party chatter and casino and they are barely audible. Xina_LA
Regarding the ambient machines, I got party chatter and casino and they are barely audible. Yeah, people have been complaining about them for years. Too quiet, over too large an area, and the sound is too muddy/distorted. We keep hoping for an update. We could also use a fix on all the bugged areas of strongholds where you can't place a jukebox. For example, numerous hooks on Nar Shaadaa where the music fades in and out at regular intervals (about 5 seconds). What we need is an object like a speaker (not a jukebox) that plays the music on a continuous loop -- not the background cinematic music, the instrumental Tatooine cantina band songs and songs with lyrics.
