Beyorn Posted January 4, 2015 Share Posted January 4, 2015 I cant find a vendor that just sells the mods. The last merchant I can find that sells only mods is the level 172 one. I can find equipment I could strip them out of but I was just wanting the mods (will be much cheaper ;D).
