Saw a glowy thing out in the water.. ran out to see what it was.. and it was Holiday doing her little dance thing.. lasted a minute or so then went away.. The reply was something along the lines of "We'll check into it". well, we asked politely if it was a known bug, if they were working on it, etc. So now I'll just state for the record: I'm waiting for them to say, "It is now working as intended, for her to show-up was a game-breaker and it is a balance issue.".
