harleyspringer Posted January 7, 2012 Share Posted January 7, 2012 (edited) Just an FYI for alot of you....Signed in today .... haven't played in a few daysAlot of updates...some in the 11 gig...timedid the upadtes..no problem..game started and it was playable...Note:my nvidia drivers are updated to 285.xxRunning a gtx 570 cu 2 (done by nidia notice...did this first)May not have effected the out come but did the update. The download for the 11 gig patch?....was only showing175.xx KBs but it was much faster..lets say 20 minutes...less or more...was not watching. Bottom line:Patch installed....and the game is running... thxHarley Springer... This post will be a double in the cutomers service section....Just trying to help.. What? *buzz, takes a drink* I'm confused. Were people having problems with their nvida running this game? Was that what you're getting at? Was this asking how 11 gb was downloaded on your 175k connection in 20 min? Was this to let us know you're online again? Did you take your name from the Springer model Harley? While this may be just in the General section for the forums, I have not seen many complaints of downloads not working or the patch not working. Having not had any issues so far with the actual game client, I haven't been in the customer service section much and this may be an issue for some. Since there was no preface for this post, ie siting previous issues or threads, I believe I speak for many on here when I say my previous post can be summed up as, "I have no idea what the hell you are talking about." Having your clarification here helps me understand where you are coming from in your initial post. Help people by posting in response to their posts of having issues. Posting saying, "worked for me," everytime you didn't have an issue would fill up the forums and have to be closed like crazy by moderators, as I would have posted near 100 threads stating this if it was the norm. Finally, I don't believe I made fun of your wording and, if I did, I can assure you it was completely intentional.
