This is the new thread for 2.8 pve dps on Jedi Covenant. Picking this thread up as the owner of the 2.7 thread is probably playing Wildstar or something. Going to do my best to keep it up to date, and going to do this by updating it at the very least every Friday night. At the moment, I'm not going to require you to upload an AMR profile, but this will be put in place sometime in august most likely, as we're still all gearing up with the release of double penetration NIM. I'm looking forward to seeing the kind of parses you guys are able to post here, let's have some good competition without any hard feelings!

Rules:

• Not going to make it complicated, you must use the Health Modifier for 1 million health & the Armor Reduction Module. These can be purchased from your Repair droid on your ship. This means you will finally be able to use executes & have an armor debuff for your parses. Your dummy should look something like this with the modules applied
  
• Any use of stim, adrenal, or grenade is permitted.
  
• No external help from guild mates such as blood thirst is allowed, nor is the use of the Nightmare Pilgrim buff.
  
• No pre-proccing of relics is to be used.
  
• Don't be a dick, we're here to show how big our epeens are, not slap eachother with them.
  
• Ranking is by TTK, as this is what the world board is going by
  

Rankings will be done in a 1st - 3rd format for each set of advanced class (Commando/Mercenary is in the same category for example). Not all specs are equal for each advanced class so when you link your Torparse log make sure to make a copy of your spec , on Torhead for example, and include that in your post as well. If you wish you may also include a breakdown of your stats if you want to let others know your gear set up.

Well if the **** got updated, it would only be a couple. The Scoundrel was a mil, OP was 1.5

A majority as I said were sitting on page 7 since early may, just the Sentinel (Watchman) and Vanguard (Assault) one is new. That is why I said the 2.7 ones were not closed properly.

The issue is everyone who is managing threads like this end up leaving game/server which kinda says something in itself, but that's for another time. Maybe I'll break out my Operative and parse a lil

Not too shabby, Strat. I parsed a couple times last night. Going to try 5/5/36 and 6/4/36 at some point soon. Curious if the 2% crit on Critical Recharge makes the 3% from blaster augs semi-redunant now and if getting another 3% aim might be better. 5/5/36 may be where it's at.

 

No AMR, not too concerned about being listed in the rankings. DM Implant/Belt. Rest DF. Could probably get up to about 4k, kept forgetting to reapply debuffs. Assault, 4/6/36

1st entry for me so I'm not 100% sure I'm using the proper start and end points here. Went with start of combat and time of death for the dummy so I hope that is correct. Time stamps being 22:23:04 and 22:27:39.

 

Using 180 Might Hilts, Dread Forged Retribution/Assault Relics, Dread Forged Weaponmaster's Earpiece, Oriconian Implants. The rest is 168 armorings/mods/enhancements, 156 Might augments, and a single 162 armoring for the four piece.
