You might want to research a datacron guide for Balmorra (Empire) since the vendor that sells the lost code cylinder to get to a specific datacron also sells a "... code cylinder" that opens a chest in a tent near the vendor that contains a dissassembler core. They are both called names ending in "code cylinder", but one is 5k creds and starts with "lost", the other for 8k is the one you want. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Shortly you will see a path across the water, cross the water and head up the path. You purchase a key from the vendor to unluck the chest in the tent, there you get your disassembler core, you can also purchase another key there to unlock the chest on the north side of the bridge in Bugtown which contains a datacron.
