Has anyone else been getting terrible amounts of lag? It started for me yesterday for the first time, and the loading screen takes an eternity to load as well. I have never had this problem until yesterday and the game has always run smoothly.

 

I do not believe it is my computer having the problem but here are my specs:

 

Comp: Asus G60 republic of gamers

RAM: 4Gb

Processor: 2.13 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo P7450 ( Dual-Core )

Hard Drive: 100Gb free

Graphics Processor: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260M - 1 GB DDR3 VRAM

Ya me too I have been getting this problem ever since a certain day(can't remember). I havent changed anything in my computer and I have tried to remove all programs that could consume internet power, but I am still getting a very slow loading screen( before it wasn't like that), and horrible lag moments, but the weird part is that the Lag Meter never shows red in the lag moments. I ask for help, I know it's not my laptop graphics( could be my internet provider failing me for the last 9 days), but I'd like some suggestions to fixing this lag problem and slow loading.

Since this last patch I have noticed longer planet loading times. I have a higher end computer.
