I think the appearance option for Human Hair and Colors should personally be free especially since the Species itself is. The rest of the options for the hair look really good but I don't feel like trying to save up for the CC to pay for it and I don't feel it would be worth the CC when there are other things worth buying. You probably already have thought of this, but an alternative is, you might be able to catch a good deal on the GTN, of someone selling the unlocks for credits. Assuming you're talking about the unlocks themselves, not the appearance changer thingy.
