I'll start by saying that I hate this event. I've never actually gone through it, so all I know about it is the constant messages over the fleet loudspeaker, and that if someone explodes next to you you get infected whether you want to do the event or not (which is why I hate it... no choice).

 

But I think it would be cool if it were actually a PvP event. It seems tailor made for it. The fleet is constantly calling us out to find and eliminate those that are infected. Let us do that. There should be rewards for killing plague carriers anywhere (fleet included D). I think, instead of the explode mechanism, it should be spread by defeating people PvP (or at least fighting) while you are infected. The infected planet should become a constant PvP area (no way to turn off the flag).

 

Something like that.

And i think, this even shouldn't affect PvP at all... it driving me crazy when i got infected in wzs/arenas and this debuff stunning me in fight. And i don't like to have cure stims in my backpacks :X

The debuff doesnt affect you in WZs anymore, it's been like that for awhile.
