You know the vendors that they have in the GTN section (its possibely the supplies section but i was pretty sure GTN)? Look in the area that normally has No vendors right next to the speeder / ship vendors. The vendor is right there with all the crystal and schematic options. For the CE crystal updates see the CE crystal vendor, for speeders no previously available or down in price see the speeder vendor (they've also lowered the price on the lvl 50 mounts on Voss for the empire side as well (I think ites Quesh for the republic).
