How do you take screen shots of cut scenes while in game..and where do they show up on your computer? I've used the print screen button before..but I can't find a folder marked screen shots any where on my computer.

The in-game screenshot function does not always work during cutscenes so there's no guarantee of getting the shot you want.

 

The screenshot folder is in your My Documents folder.

Print screen then just do a search on your computer. It's in the swtor files, although cant remember off the top of my head right now.

When the game started (Dec'11) I had no problems at all capturing screenshots from cut scenes.

Nowadays I get not a single of that kind of screenshots.

In game screenshots work flawless though.

 

Seems that some update brought some bugs with it...

I try to take screenshots of every WZ I'm in but it rarely works for more than one per session. Don't know what the problem is exactly. Could it be that I've minimized the application at some point? I usually do that while checking something on the web or changing music.

I looked in the My Documents Folder...there is nothing there for Swtor.

What I had to do was make a folder for Swtor (In My Documents) then inside it I had to make another one for Screenshots and it works for me getting Screenshots by hit the "Print Screen" butten but it doesnt work at all for cut scenes...

 

A little side note if you hit Alt+Z it will turn your hud off to get a better screenshot

I use the "Print screen" button but it doesn't always work. the screenshots are saved in

Mydocuments > SWTOR > screenshots

Bump. Still having this issue. Screenshots rarely work for me in both cutscenes and ingame. It seems very sporadic, sometimes it will let me take multiples, and then other times I'm lucky if I can get one.

 

Please fix this!

After all this time. It's really frustrating that BioWare does not care.

 

I'll try and re-install the whole game from scratch. Wish me luck!!!!

If Blizzard cared more, they'd send some devs over to help fix bugs on TOR?

Right, BUT...

Handicam does not work in cut scenes.

And it seems too much to ask for an in-game feature (print key) to actually work, isn't it BioWare?

Finally I re-installed the game from scratch.

But to no avail - except that half of my settings were gone as well

 

Now I switched over to Fraps. The free version only allows to save .bmp files, but that's no big deal.
