I chose synweaving, archaeology, and slicing. I have a few of the early green patterns and the trainer offers only a few higher level patterns. I don't think you get green patterns from UT, I've onlyl seen orange ones so far (the two I've seen so far). You can get blue and purple ones through reverse engineering the green stuff you can make but I think as far as basis patterns what you get from the trainer is all you get... You can make a total of like 15 different blues/purples from each green schematic you learn. Getting all of them would take a ridiculously long time, yes.
