Combat logs not being created.

So, I've enabled combat logging and the logs aren't being created.

I'm aware of this thread:

And I've looked at both the fix suggested (my client is being run as admin) and in the specified path for the logs to exist. Then I went as far as doing a pretty exhaustive search for anything that even looked like a log, so I'm pretty confident that the logs aren't getting created.

This is on windows 7 home from a standard user account.

Are you using the streaming launcher or the standard launcher? You can check this by looking for an 'ST' in the bottom corner of the launcher.
