Can't access PTS

Hello,

I cannot access the PTS because I am getting the following error:

"This account is not authorized to connect to our servers. Please follow the Help Center link below for more information" Error Code: 3001

Is there anything you can do about this? Any help would be much appreciated.

I also get this message when trying to access the pts

Getting the same issue here. I have 4 character transfers that went through just fine, but getting error 3001 on the server select screen.

I am getting this error as well. =/

Never mind, the problem has resolved itself after about 12 minutes

My freind RandomVoize has the same error 3001 and cant authorize the servers. he is wondering if u can fix it for him???
