Thanks. If the speeder is in your inventory, you may be able to send it to your other character if it is not bound. For example, a speeder that you bought off the GTN or the Cartel Market. If you've used it, then no. If it's a speeder you received for the Digital Upgrade or the Collector's Edition, you will get that on every character you have, even new ones.
