This has been going on for a long time. The responses from the CM are canned responses that have been posted several times with no resolution.

"Under investigation"
"Call Customer Service"
"Your payment provider will not allow completion of the transaction"
"Please send a photo ID to customer service - scan to India"

It has been going on for a month or more. Over 100k views and over 1700 posts with no direct information from Devs other than "Under investigation".

Try removing all credit cards/pay pal/bank accounts from your account through the "my account" and then log out. Wait a few minutes and then log back in. Then proceed to purchase the expansion/coins and see if it will then prompt you for your credit card. Also, make sure you add the right address/zip code for the credit/debit card, because that will throw an error code too.

Im sorry BIOWARE but i cant wait 24h... today is my last day of subscription wich means i can only buy expansion today for 8 tomorow it will be 16 and im not going to pay that much for so little... and i will subscribe again on 18 when i get my salary before that i cant subscribe.. so bioware fix this problem today if u want to keep your future subscriber for this game...

Mine still hasn't worked still error "Please load different card" , nothing wrong on my end been purchasing off steam and from stores. Really would like my expansion before the 7th as do others.
